Yes. The annual corporate franchise tax is $300 per entity (corporation or $400 for a foundation), which is paid to the Panamanian government. The annual fee for the registered office and resident agent (paid to our law firm) is $450. If you use our designated directors service, there will be an additional annual fee of $150 per director. On each anniversary of the company, our renewals department will invoice you for the annual fees.
