You must apply for a residential visa through the Mexican embassy in the country of your actual and tax residence.
Once you have obtained the visa, you must travel to Mexico within 6 months of the visa being affixed to your passport.
Once you arrive at the Mexican airport upon your first arrival in the country, ask INM immigration to cancel your visa. Once your visa is canceled at the airport, you will have 30 legal days to contact us and begin the process of obtaining real residency in Mexico.
Once you have obtained residency, you need to request a CURP and then an RFC
Open an account and establish a real residence address at a place of your choice.
